☆ Cloves ,Green Cardamoms 16 each
☆ Mint *Finely* 2 Bunch
☆ Clarified Butter 2/1 Cups
☆ Oil For Frying.
Masala Ingredients ;
¤ Onions *Finely Cuts* 4
¤ Garlic ^Chopped^ 2 Tbsp
¤ Turmeric Powders 2/1
¤ Coriander Seeds (Crushed )
¤ Hat Spices powder 2 tbsp
¤ Red Pepper Powder 4 tbsp
¤ Tomatoes 《Chopped 》 7
¤ Green Chillies 6
¤ Butter 2/1
♡ Method ☆
¤ Heat butter in a pan , fry claves , Cardamoms and Cumin.
* Adding Rices and 4 cups water , Parboil , strain .
☆ Marinate Prawn with Garlic and salt.
¤ Heat oil in a wok, Fry prawn golden , remove .
♡ Heat Butter in a saucepan wok , Fry garlic and onion , Cooked with remaining Masala Ingredients till tomatoes are well -mixed .
☆ In a wide-necked pat , Layer 2/1 Masala at the bottom ; add 2/1 rice on top of it and finely adding remaining Masala , Rice and prawns on top Keep On Dum 10/15 Mints.
Now Your Prawns Rice is ready for Serve.
