Broccoli and tuna rice pie
INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked rice (see note)
425 g can tuna in spring water, drained well
1/2 cup grilled capsicum, roughly chopped (see note)
250 g broccoli, cut into small florets
1/2 cup grated pizza cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
8 eggs
1/3 cup milk
