How to make Aloo Gobhi by Chef BlackMirch 2019
Potatoes Chopped 2
Cauliflower 1
Onion chopped 1
Red Chili Powder 3/4
Turmeric Powder -1/4
Coriander Powder -1/2
Garam Masala powder 1/2tsp
Curd 2tbsp
Coriander leaves ,Finely chopped 2 tsp
To Temper:
Oil- tsp
Cinnmon -a small piece
Cloves- 2
Cumin Seeds 1tsp
Onion 1 Roughly chopped
Tomatoes 2
Ginger 1/4 inch piece
Garlic 3
Method:
Grind the onions ,tomatoes ,ginger and garlic to a fine paste ,set aside .Add the cauliflower florets in salted water along with a pinch of turmeric powder ,keep covered for 10 mints ,then drain the water -this is get rid of the worms if any,
Now serve it hot and tasty Aloo Gobhi .

Heat oil ,add cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds.Then add onion and fry till slightly browned.Then add onion tomato paste and turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder,salt and garam masala powders.Mix well .Now add the potatoes and cauliflower along with water .Cook till the vegetables are done .Add beaten curd and mix well .Lastly add fenugreek leaves and coriander leaves.
Now serve it hot and tasty Aloo Gobhi .
