how to make Cauliflower Pizza Crust Just Got a Major Upgrade 2021

The brand that made frozen cauliflower pizza popular is making a fiery update to their veggie-rich crusts.

Today, Caulipower announced the launch of their new pizza crusts, the “first-ever artisanal stone-fired

cauliflower pizza crusts,” according to a press release from the company. Devotees of the cult-favorite

brand will find that these new crusts are just as packed with cauliflower as the original, but crispier—

and closer to the quality of pizza you’d find in a restaurant, Caulipower says. The new Stone-Fired

crusts feature in all of Caulipower topped frozen pizzas, which come in eight varieties: Three-Cheese,

Margherita, Veggie, Sriracha Veggie, Buffalo-Style Chicken, Italian Sausage & Vegetables, Uncured

Pepperoni, and Uncured Turkey Pepperoni. Caulipower tells SELF that the revamped pizzas will also

have a “more flavorful” sauce and toppings than the previous iterations. (The brand, which launched in

2021, also sells a plain crust that you can add your own toppings to, which is not getting the stone-fired

upgrade.) The first ingredient in Caulipower crusts is the chameleonic cruciferous veg, of course,

followed by a mix of brown rice flour and white rice flour. The certified gluten-free pies are a good

option for people who need to avoid gluten and wheat—as well as anyone who appreciates a saucy,

cheesy, low-effort way to get a few more veggies in at lunch or dinner. The pizza pies cook from frozen

in 13 to 16 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit, directly on the oven rack.
